While trying to continue my healthy eating lifestyle I have discovered a few "healthly" desserts that I thought I would pass along here for ya'll to enjoy as well!
Baked Apples
1 apple of your choice
cinnamon
sugar
Using a knife, cut the top part of the apple off and discard. Then, placing the apple on a microwavable-safe plate, sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar and some cinnamon over the top of the apple. Microwave for about 2 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy!
Fruit Salad
Apples
Oranges
Bananas
Marshmallows
Cut the fruit up in bite size pieces and mix together in a bowl. Add a handful of marshmallows for some added sweetness. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes, then enjoy! (You could use any fruit you have on hand! Strawberries, kiwi, cantaloupe, etc. would all taste amazing!)
I found a recipe on Pinterest for homemade ice cream...and the only ingredient is bananas! I plan on getting some tomorrow and trying this recipe over the weekend! If it's good, I"ll post it!

Another treat to try -- Strawberries and Cream -- slice strawberries, add a tablespoon of milk, dash of vanilla, and a dash of sugar. Mix your ingredients and enjoy!
